Gentle Yoga; followed by pranayama/breathing and Yoga Nidra.

 

 Gentle Yoga is a slower and gentler practice of yoga allowing a person to move at a comfortable pace, and creates less strain on their muscles and joints.

 

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation . The practice draws attention inwards, between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where the body finds its natural state of equilibrium.The breath balances and becomes quiet; and one may  fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.

This slow, meditative yoga practice invites you to unwind with longer, gentle holds, and release physical and mental knots through each pose. The power of conscious breath will be your guide as you meet your edge, surrender to the stillness and create vast open spaces within yourself. This immersive practice combines sound, breath, poses and meditation to harmonize your Qi and explore your inner world. Embrace this sacred time where you can simply be and reconnect to the magic that resides within!
